Easy Creamy Pasta

Who says cream based pasta sauces have to be bad? This simple pasta dish is creamy and delicious! Easily adaptable for your taste!


  • Boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • white onion, sliced
  • red pepper, cored, seeded, sliced
  • fresh cilantro to taste
  • fresh cracked pepper (if desired)
  • fat free cream cheese
  • pasta of choice


Cook chicken breast until juices run clear. Add onion and cook until just transparent. Add red pepper and cook until tender but still crisp.


Add low fat cream cheese and stir until everything well coated. Add cooked pasta and toss until coated. Add cilantro and toss once again.


Serve. Top with cracked pepper if desired.


Simple, easy, minimal dishes, and quick!  Add fresh tomatoes to create a rose sauce!  Try adding sliced asparagus or your veggies of choice!
