Who says burgers have to be about beef, bacon, and cheese? Don’t be turned off by the ingredients- most you can’t really taste! (aka – avocado!)

Whole Grain Buns
Low Fat Mayo
1) Form turkey into patties appropriate to size of bun.
2) Using thumb, press into raw burger to form a pocket. Insert cheese (approx. 1/2 x 1″) and re-seal. (optional)
3) Cook on stove top or grill as desired until burger is thoroughly cooked.
4) Prepare bun to taste- mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados
