Walnut Crusted Salmon

Fish is healthy in Omega-3 fatty acids and can be prepared in many different ways which make interesting and fun to cook with! Try this interesting combination for a fresh new take of an old favourite!

  • Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 tsp cinnemon

In a food processor, combine the walnuts and cinnemon and process until a fine crumble. Coat the surface of the fillet.

Place on tin foil covered pan and cook at 350′ until salmon flakes easily.

Serve with greens, brown rice or quinoa, or other vegetables such as asparagus.
