Oatmeal is a great way to start your morning off right! Full of fiber, oatmeal helps keep you full! Try these 4 recipes and get more information about the book “75 Ways to Enjoy your Oatmeal” below!

Center top: Black Forest Baked Oatmeal

Left: Baked Apple Pie Oatmeal

Right: Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

Center bottom: Ginger Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal

(recipes listed below in preference to myself and my husband)

Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

  •  1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Torani Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough sugar-free syrup
  • 2 tbsp Torani White Chocolate sugar-free syrup
  • 2 egg whites
  • 5 tsp non-fat cottage cheese
  • 24 carob chips
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Sugar substitute to taste

Servings 1

Mix all in oven-proof bowl. Bake at 350′ for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

 

Baked Apple Pie Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp baking power
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped apple
  • 1 tbsp golden raisins
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch apple pie spice
  • Sugar substitute to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Servings 1

Mix all but last two ingredients in oven-proof bowl. Bake at 350′ for 30 minutes.  Add pinch of brown sugar, drizzle with almond milk. Enjoy!

Black Forest Baked Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup water
  • Sugar substitute to taste
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Torani Dark Cherry sugar-free syrup
  • 8 cherries, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 egg whites

Servings 1

Mix all in oven-proof bowl. Bake at 350′ for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

 

Ginger Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp non-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1 piece crystallized ginger, crushed
  • Sugar substitute to taste

Servings 1

Mix all in oven-proof bowl. Bake at 350′ for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
