Getting Healthy from the Inside Out

Fast, Easy, Salmon

Who says a healthy, filling lunch needs to take time, be elaborate, and require dirtying a ton of dishes? This took about 15-20 minutes to make and only dirtied the plates and forks we were using! Plus it filled us up all afternoon despite not feeling “heavy” after eating! Deceptively delicious!



  • Salmon fillets (for the number of people to feed)
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Spices of choice

Using your spices of choice (for this, I used tumeric, paprika, and ground ginger) rub into the top of the salmon fillets. Place on tinfoil on baking sheet and bake at 350′ until salmon flakes easily- about 15-20 minutes.

On plates, spread guacamole, top with salsa- using amounts to your taste. When transferring salmon to the plates, try and leave the skin behind. Top the guacamole/salsa with salmon.
