This salad is quite filling as it’s loaded with tons of fresh veggies and just enough variety to make it extremely satisfying- in both the taste and tummy! Easily adaptable, take some stuff out, put some stuff in… unlimited possibilities!
- Plenty of fresh greens
- 1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper
- Slice Red Onion
- Cherry Tomatos, cut in half
- 1/4 Jalapeno Pepper
- Slice Avocado
- Goat Cheese – Thin Slice off a 1 1/2″ round
- 2 tbsp Canned Black Beans, rinsed
- 1/3 cup Cooked, Seasoned Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp Low Fat Greek Yogurt
Layer in large bowl as stated… ENJOY!
