Egg White Pancake

I was getting bored with my oatmeal, so I came up with a delicious alternative!

  • 1/4 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1/4 Cup Oatmeal
  • Cinnamon to Taste
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Low Fat Greek Yogurt

Combine the egg whites, oats and cinnamon and mix well. Cook on medium heat until cooked on one side, then flip.

While cooking, cook frozen raspberries in microwave until berries are bubbling and juices released.

Serve topped with sliced strawberries, low fat greek yogurt, and raspberry sauce.
