Getting Healthy from the Inside Out

Greek yogurt is a fantastic way to get a high protein snack. Versitile, you can use it in most recipes that call for mayo or sour cream. However, watch for flavoured varieties- they can add unwanted sugar and calories!

  • 3/4 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax

Use a blender to finely mix, stir by hand or eat it as-is, this high protein, high fiber snack will surely keep you full for hours! The Greek yogurt can sometimes be tart, so mixing a packet of Stevia is an option. Adding the ground flax adds fiber to help you feel fuller longer. Add 1/2 cup almond milk and blend for a thick smoothie!
