Getting Healthy from the Inside Out

Protein shakes are great to have when time is limited or you need to grab something on the go! This easy recipe can be modified with your favorite fruits.


1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup spinach
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Add almond milk and spinach into blender. Turn on and blend well. Add blueberries and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.

Consider adding ground flax for extra fiber. Essential Fatty Acids such as Udo’s oil for required healthy fats.
